Kizza Joseph

Joseph is a 38-year-old hardworking man who sustained a brain damage after being hit on the head by a group of thugs who took his boda boda(he was a motor bike rider), lives alone in Katanga slum in a one roomed house. He developed a cerebral palsy to the extent that he cannot speak though he hears and communicates through signs and writing. He is a single father of two boys. He is very passionate about acquiring mechanical skills because of his love for cars and he wishes to start his own garage sometime in the future which Bazadde care has helped him to acquire between 2020 to 2022, he spends much of his time at the garage training to acquire skills in mechanics which will enable him suppport his family.

Ajambo

She joined Bazadde Care Uganda in 2018, receiving sponsorship in 2020 acquiring a skill with a local artisan in hair dressing. "I graduated in 2022 and attained a skill in hair dressing. With the help of Bazadde Care, I am now an independent parent and I can now support my family." ~ Ajambo

Nabukeera Margaret

She is 46 years of age and is living with her two step children. They all live in a one roomed house in Katanga. Nabukeera made mats, baskets and craft bags to earn a living and provide for herself and her 2 step children.
Bazadde Care Uganda has aided Nabukeera to acquire skills in Hair Dressing so that she can be able to accumulate more income which will help her contribute more to the well-being of her family and those skills will enable her to get a descent job and also move out of Katanga.
